You can eat the entire kiwifruit, including the skin. Just like any other fruit and vegetable - the most powerful nutrients are stored right under and in the skin. The skin of kiwifruit is extremely rich in fibre and vitamin C. If you’re not too keen on the fine hairs, simply brush them off before you take a bite. As with any other fruit you eat unpeeled, make sure you rinse the kiwi first! #vegan
